House & Rooms

The spacious bedrooms are all en-suite. Each has an elegant king-size Victorian style bedstead which are handmade in Cornwall, and all rooms are beautifully presented with coordinated decor throughout. We offer a high leavel of personal service with informal and friendly hospitality.

All rooms are en suite and have flat screen TVs, Wi-Fi, Electric blankets, Tea trays and Hair dryer.

Room 1

A twin room with Laura Ashley soft furnishings, it has a lovely window seat overlooking the sun terrace and our horses in the meadow. This versatile room has a large en-suite with walk in shower.

Room 2

We had this bed made extra long 6'9" for anyone very tall. But whether you are tall or sort you can lie in bed and watch the cows meander past the walled garden on their way out into the fields after morning milking..

Room 3

Decorated in duck egg blue, black and gold this lovely light and airy room over looks the courtyard with its flower tubs and hanging baskets. With a view accross our fields to the village beyond. The en-suite in this room has a refurbished, antique, extralong bath as well as shower

Dining Room

Breakfast is served at your individual table in the lovely south facing dining room.

Guest Lounge

The guest sitting room with TV etc has a roaring wood burner on chilly evenings and is furnished with antique furniture and comfy sofas.

Kitchen

Your breakfast is cooked to order in the 4 oven aga in the traditional working farmhouse kitchen, and served at your own table in the cosy dining room.

Sun Terrace

The house is set in large, mature, well keep gardens, with tables & chairs, wooden sun loungers, and B-B-Q on the sun terrace. Guests are very welcome to enjoy the house & garden at anytime during the day.
